Gliedmaßenverlängerungsoperationen werden bei Kindern ab drei Jahren durchgeführt. Im Allgemeinen werden Eingriffe, die aufgrund von Entwicklungsproblemen wie geringer Körpergröße zu einer Rückkehr führen, in jungen Jahren durchgeführt. Bei einem kurzen Bein aus unterschiedlichen Gründen ist es unter Umständen sinnvoll, möglichst früh mit einer Therapie zu beginnen. Da die Entwicklungsphase jedoch noch nicht abgeschlossen ist, schlagen wir vor, mit der kosmetischen Verlängerung bis zum Alter von 18-19 Jahren zu warten.
Die mentale und physische Vorbereitung auf die Operation wird Ihnen während des gesamten Prozesses helfen. Der erste Schritt besteht darin, so viele Informationen wie möglich über das Verfahren zu erhalten. Die zweite besteht darin, einen Experten zu konsultieren, um zu sehen, ob Sie für die Operation geeignet sind. Dann kommen die körperlichen Übungen vor der Operation, die Ihre Muskeln dehnen und entspannen.
Bei Verlängerungsoperationen sollten der Betrag und die Methode, die mit dem geringsten Risiko verlängert werden können, unter Berücksichtigung der Knochendicke, der Knochenstruktur und des Gesundheitszustands der Person ausgewählt werden. Bei der Entscheidung für die zu wählende Methode sollte der Betroffene alle Operationsmethoden, die Vor- und Nachteile dieser Methoden und welche Methode für ihn geeigneter ist oder nicht, mit seinem Arzt besprechen.
Bei Eingriffen aus medizinischen Gründen bestimmt der Arzt die Verlängerungsrate. Wenn kein hohes Risiko besteht, kann in der Regel eine Verlängerung bis zu einem Fünftel der Knochenlänge durchgeführt werden. Wir können dies wie folgt erklären; Wenn der Oberschenkelknochen der Person 50 Zentimeter beträgt, kann der Knochen dieser Person um etwa 10 Zentimeter verlängert werden. Eine 10 Zentimeter-Verlängerung wäre jedoch für ein Kind mit einem 20-Zentimeter-Oberschenkelknochen zu riskant. Daher wird ein solches Kind nach der Quintenregel eine Streckung von etwa 4 Zentimetern haben. Wird zu viel gedehnt, kann es zu einer Vielzahl von Problemen wie Muskelsteifheit, Nervenverletzungen, Überbeanspruchung der Gefäße und Knocheninfektionen kommen. Kurz gesagt, die Länge des Knochens, seine Struktur, Qualität und die Empfehlung des Arztes bestimmen das Ausmaß des Höhenzuwachses und nicht die Erwartung und der Traum der Person. Aus diesem Grund ist bei kosmetischen Verlängerungsverfahren der Wille des Betroffenen wichtig, jedoch sollte vom Arzt ein Tarif empfohlen werden, der ihn nicht gefährdet. Bei Erwachsenen beträgt dieser Betrag etwa 8 cm für die Oberschenkelknochen (Femur) und etwa 6 cm für das Schienbein (Tibia). Obwohl diese Raten von Person zu Person variieren können, können sie entsprechend den während des Behandlungsprozesses auftretenden Komplikationen modifiziert werden.
Während bei den von außen angewandten Fixateur-Methoden mehr Narben entstehen, ist die Narbe bei den von innen angewandten Methoden geringer.
Es ist üblich, bis zu einer Woche im Krankenhaus zu verbringen. Manchmal wird das Bein für 3 bis 4 Wochen eingegipst. Der Vorgang selbst dauert etwa 5 Stunden, einschließlich Vorbereitungszeit, Anästhesie und der Zeit, die bis zur Erholung nach der Anästhesie benötigt wird. Es dauert auch 6 Monate, um sich vollständig zu erholen. Die Person kann zu diesem Zeitpunkt wieder ihren normalen Aktivitäten nachgehen. Auch ungewöhnlich schnelle und vermehrte Verlängerungsoperationen wirken sich negativ auf den Heilungsprozess aus. Am positivsten wirkt sich hingegen die regelmäßige Durchführung von Physiotherapieübungen nach der Operation auf die Heilung aus.
Die Verlängerungsoperation ist ein etwas schmerzhafter Operations- und Behandlungsprozess. Die Person kann starke Schmerzen haben, insbesondere in den frühen Stadien nach der Operation. Postoperative Schmerzen können jedoch in der Anfangsphase mit Medikamenten gelindert werden, die im Krankenhaus intravenös verabreicht werden, und dann mit von Ihrem Arzt empfohlenen Schmerzmitteln. Im weiteren Verlauf der Behandlung ist eine Schmerzlinderung nur durch regelmäßige, von Ihrem Arzt empfohlene physikalische Therapie und Übungen möglich. Knochen- und Muskelgewebe, das durch Übungen gestärkt wird, hilft, Schmerzen zu lindern. In Fällen, in denen das physikalische Therapieprogramm nicht befolgt wird, ist es ein schmerzhafter Prozess, ein Gelenk zu bewegen, das für lange Zeit immobilisiert war.
Sitzende Arbeitnehmer können nach der Entlassung aus dem Krankenhaus ihrer Arbeit nachgehen, müssen aber bei einem körperlichen Berufsleben durchschnittlich 3-6 Monate Pause von der Arbeit einlegen.
Es kommt darauf an, welchen Sport du machst. Bei schweren Sportarten wie Gewichtheben sollten Sie jedoch mindestens 1 Jahr warten. Unter ärztlicher Aufsicht können Sie nach 6 Monaten leichten Sport treiben.
Abhängig von der zu wählenden Methode kann manchmal eine Nachoperation zur Entfernung der Geräte erforderlich sein. Ansonsten können zum Beispiel innen angebrachte Nägel je nach Wunsch lebenslang im Knochen verbleiben oder ein bis zwei Jahre nach der Operation wieder entfernt werden. Abgesehen davon können aufgrund der Komplikationen, die während des Behandlungsprozesses auftreten, von Zeit zu Zeit zusätzliche chirurgische Eingriffe erforderlich sein. Wenn zum Beispiel die Vereinigung im Verlängerungsbereich nicht in der gewünschten Höhe erfolgt, kann sie von Zeit zu Zeit mit Methoden wie der Stammzellenapplikation im Operationssaal beschleunigt werden. Wichtig dabei ist, dass all diese Prozesse im Vorfeld besprochen wurden und die aufgetretenen Probleme in der richtigen Weise und zum richtigen Zeitpunkt eingegriffen werden können.
Es wäre von Vorteil für Menschen, die sich einer Verlängerungsoperation unterziehen müssen, um die unten aufgeführten Probleme zu kennen:  Infektion  Verzögerte oder fehlende Vereinigung in der Dehnungszone  Gerinnselbildung in Venen  Gelenksteife  Psychologische Probleme  Vernarbung an den Wundstellen  Starke Schmerzen
Das größte Problem, das zum Abbruch der Behandlung führen kann, sind Infektionen. Im Falle einer durch oder nach einer Operation verursachten Infektion muss die Behandlung sofort beendet oder geändert werden, insbesondere wenn die kombinierte Methode angewendet wurde. Ein weiterer Grund sind Kreislauf- oder Nervenprobleme während der Verlängerung. Wenn eine Person beispielsweise sagt, dass sie ihre Füße während des Dehnens zu keinem Zeitpunkt vollständig spüren kann, ist dies ein wichtiges Zeichen. In solchen Fällen sollte die Behandlung nicht fortgesetzt und die Verlängerung abgebrochen werden. Abgesehen davon gibt es auch Komplikationen im Zusammenhang mit der Person. Die Gelenkbewegungen sollten durch Anwendung des empfohlenen Trainingsprogramms erhalten bleiben. Wenn es ein Problem mit den Gelenkbewegungen gibt, wird das Rehabilitationsprogramm intensiviert, aber wenn keine Ergebnisse erzielt werden, kann die Behandlung abgebrochen werden. Darüber hinaus können je nach Streckung von Zeit zu Zeit die Muskeln hinter dem Knie oder die Achillessehne hinter dem Knöchel kurz sein, und aus diesem Grund können beim Gehen Probleme wie Kniebeugen oder Zehenlaufen auftreten. In solchen Fällen können von Zeit zu Zeit Schwierigkeiten auftreten, die angestrebte Verlängerung zu erreichen, insbesondere wenn sie nicht mit physikalischer Therapie überwunden werden können.
Nach der Operation ist eine regelmäßige und richtig durchgeführte Physiotherapie zu Hause genauso hilfreich wie in der Reha. Sie würden wahrscheinlich 4-6 Wochen lang mehrere Tage pro Woche Physiotherapie zu Hause benötigen.
Sobald sich der neue Knochen vollständig vereinheitlicht hat, können Sie Ihre üblichen Aktivitäten nach einer früheren Gliedverlängerungsoperation wieder aufnehmen. Allerdings müssen Sie sich zunächst an die zusätzliche Länge Ihrer Muskeln gewöhnen, was aber nicht lange dauern sollte.
Obwohl mit Missbildungen geborene Kinder bei einigen Erbkrankheiten beobachtet werden, können von Zeit zu Zeit auch spätere Krankheiten oder Traumata Missbildungen verursachen.
Es gibt kein unangemessenes Alter für Deformitäten. An diesem Punkt sollte die Behandlung darauf ausgerichtet sein, zu planen, ob sich die Deformität mit dem Wachstum der Person verbessert oder ob es sich verschlimmert. Das Knochenalter ist bei der Planung der Behandlung sehr wichtig, aber diese Behandlungen können in jedem Alter geplant werden, abhängig vom Grad der Deformität.
Physiotherapie und Rehabilitation sind nach diesen Operationen unbedingt erforderlich. Abhängig vom angewandten Verfahren können von Zeit zu Zeit Muskelschwäche und Einschränkungen der Gelenkbewegungen auftreten. Eine frühzeitige physikalische Therapie ist für den Patienten sehr vorteilhaft, um diesen Prozess schnell zu überwinden.
